Evaluating: Review
There
are several different guidelines to evaluating
information you find on the Internet:
1. The

identify key issues to look at in evaluating
the quality of health information and to determine
whether a website is health promoting.
2. Quality
Assessment Approaches such as content vetting,
a seal of approval, and providing tools for
appraisal are ways of ensuring the quality of
health information on the Internet.

to appraise an Internet resource.
