Our work is grounded in over 25 years of experience working in health promotion with our Health Nexus colleagues, including the Best Start Resource Centre and, more recently, the HC Link.
We offer comprehensive services in both English and French. Because of the generous support of the Ontario Ministry of Health Promotion, most of our services are free of charge.
