Please note: We have not translated the following stories from English to French or vice versa. Community Health Centres (CHC) in the province of Ontario serve different populations - including the Franco-Ontarian community. Of the close to 60 Centres currently funded under the CHC Program, 5 have been specifically set up to serve these communities. The CHCs in Cornwall and Sudbury chose to participate in this project and we are glad to feature these stories in the language in which they were written.
