Six local community health centres, along with Toronto's Public Health Services and St. Elizabeth's Health Care Corporation visiting nurses, organize a comprehensive post-natal home visiting program for the community around Toronto's St. Joseph's Community Health Centre, which averages 2,800 deliveries a year.

Pedals for People
Pedals for People, a unique collaboration of the Guelph Community Health Centre, Guelph 2000, Community Assets, Onward Willow and the Guelph Police and city engineering department, collected over 600 used bikes, repaired them, donated them to low income families, and even sent surplus bikes to other cities.

Twenty Tons of Garbage
